Learning about space opens a child’s mind and imagination. Children venture into the unknown and expand their curious minds, recognising that we are one part of a whole. Children gain an appreciation for our Earth and realize the importance of caring for our planet.
Through imaginative play, music and movement, creative art, educational videos and group discussions children discovered the uniqueness of space. Children became involved and active learners, fascinated by space and the size of solar system, the different planets, sun and stars, and how astronauts fly into space on their rocket ships. Our creative children even designed their rocket ships to send into space!
