As the new year approaches, our butterflies are beginning their transition to a next journey, primary school. This week has been dedicated in helping our butterflies prepare for the experiences of big school as they experience this transition.
Today we went on a school visit to Hurstville Public School. Visiting a primary school can help children get an understanding of what awaits them at big school, and instils confidence in their abilities to adapt to a new environment. Our butterflies immersed themselves in a Kindergarten environment, enjoying a variety of classroom activities with their new friends!
As we continue with our Transition to School program, our school-leavers will become even more confident as they move on to the next part of their learning adventure!
