The Australian Museum

Today we had an adventurous morning roaming around and exploring The Australian Museum! We travelled there by train and enjoyed a walk in the city to get to our destination. We enjoyed discovering various parts, but a favourite amongst the children was definitely the dinosaurs and animals exhibitions. Through exploring these different exhibitions, our children gained a deeper knowledge. The museum also encouraged scientific thinking amongst our children, as they used their senses to learn more about different animals. The children pointed out differences in the animals size, shapes, colours, hand, feet, faces and so much more. This is all apart of children gaining a further understanding of the complex world that surrounds them!
